Our partner clinic locations at DW Family Doctors and Clevedon Medical Centre have been selected with accessibility in mind. These locations provide:

Wheelchair-accessible entrances and bathrooms
Ground-level access or elevator availability
Clear signage and staff available to assist if needed

If you have specific mobility or access needs, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

2. Communication Accessibility

As a hearing health provider, we understand the importance of clear and effective communication. We offer:

Bilingual support (English and Mandarin/Chinese) for our Chinese-speaking clients
Written communication for those with significant hearing loss
Clear, low-noise environments to aid in communication
Support people or interpreters welcome to accompany you
