Tinnitus Pitch Matching: Helps determine the frequency (pitch) of the sound you’re experiencing. Tinnitus Loudness Matching: Measures how loud your tinnitus is compared to external sounds. Minimum Masking Level (MML): Identifies the lowest level of external sound needed to mask your tinnitus, which helps guide management options. Management Options We Offer: After the assessment, we tailor a management plan that suits your unique situation. Our available options include: Sound Therapy: Using calming background sounds, white noise, or nature sounds to reduce the prominence of tinnitus. This helps the brain shift focus away from the tinnitus signal. Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT): A structured approach combining sound therapy with counselling. It aims to retrain the brain to reduce the emotional response and awareness of tinnitus over time.
