Eligibility

Only available to residents in the Auckland region. Must be 18+. Eastern Hearing reserves right to decline participants who are medically unsuitable.
Trial Conditions & Return
- Devices must be returned within 7 days of issue in working condition.
- If the devices are damaged beyond normal wear, a repair or replacement fee may apply.
Refund Policy
- Full refund of $69 will be granted if the participant returns the demo devices within the trial window and meets standard conditions.
- If you choose to continue with new hearing aids, your $69 goes straight toward your purchase.
Medical Conditions
- If ear pathology or medical conditions are discovered, the client may be referred to an ENT or medical professional (and may be removed from the trial).
